With over 20 years of experience in Massage Therapy, I have dedicated my career to helping clients achieve a sense of deep relaxation, healing, and personal well-being. My journey began in Gdansk, Poland, where I worked alongside a chiropractor providing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massages. This foundational experience sparked my passion for the therapeutic power of touch.
After moving to Ireland, I expanded my practice and established Harmony Room Massage in Wexford, where I continued to hone my skills and approach. Now, based in Shankill, Co. Dublin, I offer my services with a focus on holistic and intuitive massage techniques, including Therapeutic, Relaxing, Deep Tissue, and Lomi Lomi Nui bodywork.
I believe that true healing encompasses more than just muscles, bones, and skin. It's about reconnection, release, and rejuvenation. My aim is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can let go of not only physical tension but also emotional and mental burdens that may be holding you back.
Through a mindful, holistic approach, I work with your body to ease stress, alleviate pain, and release long-held tension. I believe that by supporting your journey toward healing, you can rediscover balance and well-being, leading to a more grounded and fulfilling life.
